Troubleshooting Camera Connect

Here is a solution that really works

These are the steps that helped my solve all lag and connection issues with the Canon Camera Connect App

  1. Reset all wireless settings in the camera
  2. Remove / delete your camera from the list of bluetooth devices in your phone or tablet.
  3. Restart the Camera Connect App and reconnect your camera using the instructions in the app.
  4. If the above steps don’t help, repeat them and then re-install the Camera Connect App. Yes, it’s very annoying, but it works all the time.
